September 2, 2008 FCX Performance, Inc. acquires North Coast Instrument
FCX Performance, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of North Coast Instruments, a well-respected distributor of electric actuators & related process equipment and provider of repair services serving customers in Ohio and surrounding states.
The combination will allow the Columbus, OH based FCX Performance to expand the range of products currently offered in this market through its well-established Ohio operations. With combined sales of $130 million, 14 offices serving 21 states and over 190 employees, FCX Performance is one of the leading specialty flow control distributors in the United States.
